Speaker ‘What do leaders do?’

Business Psychologist Caroline Gourlay, will outline a simple but effective model of leadership, which she uses when coaching on leadership programmes at Saïd Business School, Oxford University.

It asks the pragmatic question ‘What do leaders do?’ and provides a kind of job description for leadership, which is applicable whether you’re running a small team or a multi-national corporation.

It’s even useful if you’re a one-person band. Caroline will explain the way she uses the model in her work and how you can use it when working on, rather than in, your own business.
