Business Environment operate approaching 1,000,000 sq ft of work space across the UK & London. Our primary product is serviced offices located within our portfolio of business centres.

We know how to deliver serviced office space fantastically, but we recognise that we aren’t the master of all trades, so when we launch new products we partner specialists in this field to ensure that our offerings are the very best and at low cost to our clients. Our ethos always has and always will be about providing excellent value for money, and this is why we were the first in our industry to supply an ‘all-inclusive office product’ packaging both serviced office space and IT & Telecoms into one low monthly bill.

As part of our strategy of working closely with our clients, we have a dedicated Client Liaison Manager and a Director of Business Centres who are tasked with gathering feedback on where our centres are doing well and where we can improve. We also undertake regular formal feedback through our ‘Voice of the Client’ survey.

We strive to always offer leading technology and have spent millions over the years to ensure our clients and employees have the very best equipment and connectivity to help them stay ahead.

Business Environment was formed in 1994 by David Saul, Simon Rusk, Bernard Klug and Colin Gershinson, through several property purchases that were refurbished to become serviced offices.
Through further additions we have steadily grown and we are now the leading provider of business centres in the UK. We currently own and operate approaching 1,000,000 sq ft of property and cater for small, medium and large organisations demanding highly competitive and flexible office accommodation.

In the last fours years Business Environment has spent over £60M acquiring and refurbishing buildings, and have ambitious plans to continue this expansion.
